Task Light Arc (1 meter LED strip)
thingiverse
I designed a task light to assist with lighting on small projects. This light is specifically suited for a 1 meter length LED strip and sits at an angle of about 30 degrees off the vertical axis, allowing you to get closer to the item being worked on without blocking the light source. To assemble this light, you will need to print all files once, except for the top mid file which requires three prints. The five total arc pieces fit together seamlessly, but they do require glue to hold them in place; however, the two bottom sections do not need adhesives. It has been pointed out that I uploaded the same side base for this design. To correct this issue, simply mirror the base about its axis, and apply this change to whichever side you prefer to have the power source on. Although I may update the files at a later time, I currently do not have the necessary time. You may want to consider adding some rubber or non-slip material to the bottom of the base pieces for added stability. Supports are only required for the arc pieces.
