On my YouTube cooking channel, KeefCooks, I recently whipped up Tater Tots from scratch in a big way. To get them all looking identical, I designed this super simple gadget to make it happen. It's basically just a piston-like pusher that fits snugly inside a hollow cylinder. You fill the cylinder with your freshly prepared potato mix and carefully push it out with the pusher, one perfectly formed tot at a time.
