Taurus X Axis Remixed Idler

jltx's design shines, and its brilliance is undeniable. Unfortunately, his pulleys started to break apart on me, and I encountered excessive friction as they rubbed against the alignment ridge built into the mounts. This led to small piles of plastic dust accumulating under my idler mounts, causing concern about the long-term effects on my belt. To address this problem, I remixed the pulley as a one-piece print that employs 2x623ZZ bearings instead of 1x608. Additionally, I needed to create spacers to fit between the tensioner arms and the bearing races. Print the pulley and two spacers. To install, simply press a 623ZZ bearing into each side of the pulley, then when replacing your existing pulley add a spacer on each side. Ensure that the large flat 10mm wide side of the spacer faces the tensioner arm, and the side with the ridge is against the bearing race. I found a tweezer handy for getting everything aligned properly. As there are no spacers between the two pulley bearings, avoid over-tightening the M3x25mm screw; simply snug it until there's no lateral play in the pulley assembly.
