I printed two, one for each side of the X carriage. Made with SolidWorks and dimensions may not be perfect but seems to work fine for its purpose. Edit: Added leveler for Taz 5 with Piercet's openrail Instructions You'll need to rotate it about the X axis in your slicer so that you do not need any supports.
