Taz Hexagon Hotend 40mm Fan Shroud

Bought a Hexagon Hotend upgrade for my Taz 4 from [Maker Farm](http://www.makerfarm.com/index.php/hexagon-hot-end.html) and needed a way to cool it with a 40mm fan. Tried the shroud from [this thing](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:845113) but my PLA prints kept failing after a short time due to filament expansion. The design was good but the Maker Farm hexagon model differs slightly from the Lulzbot version in that the heater block is smaller and the heat sink region is longer. I took the same basic design but lengthened the adapter part to cool the bottom heat sink fins on the hotend. Since heat creep starts at the fins close to the heater block, we have to keep them cool to prevent jams. I tried working in Autodesk 123D Design for this project. The model is by no means perfect but it's functional and I haven't had PLA jams so far.
