Took me a few iterations but here's a converter piece that will allow you to mount a standard Mk8 extruder to your Taz 5. We've had nothing but headaches with the stock extruder setup. The 5v mini blower that allowed for heat creep, etc. We changed the [hotend assembly to 1.75](https://itworks3d.com/product/hexagon-hotend-assembly-2/) to work with more of our filaments and then changed the extruder from a wades to a mk8 (I believe you'll find this extruder under the search term ["anycubic all metal right hand mk8 extruder"](https://www.amazon.com/Anycubic-Extruder-Aluminum-Reprap-Printer/dp/B0196B285I/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8)). I've included the .f3d fusion file for your edits.
