Enclosure to mount and protect an SX1262 uFL connected antenna TBeam outdoors. Because of the longer antenna I chose, and with the MK3S being limited to 210mm height, I made the tube a slip fitting. Also, because I would have carry tools onto my 2-story roof, I wanted to make the mount permanent and the base plate removable/modular.

The base plate attaches to the mount with 3 M3x4.0mm, OD4.6mm, brass inserts and 3 M3x10mm screws.

I chose a flat USB cable meant for outdoor operation, and made the hole large enough to accommodate many options. Let me know if you need a custom plug and I'll make or assist you in designing one.

Mine was printed in white Overture PETG with a .6mm nozzle on an MK3S at .3mm layer height. I used support for the antenna mount, and you'd likely be okay without it.

Sliced uploads are for time and filament estimates, but they should work perfectly if you have a .6mm nozzle, and “possibly” still work with a .4mm nozzle. I set the seam for the tube and tip to random for added strength and lower the chance of water penetration if retraction was set wrong and created tiny holes in the seam. I also added a height range modifier on the tip, at 123mm it changes to .15mm layer height to make the rounded tip smoother.

**Please ignore the excessive use of chamfers on the antenna support. I got carried away and it was easier to just leave them. :D
