I'm eager to upgrade my Airmaxx23 GoPro Session sleeve setup by reimagining it for a fresh platform, so I've adapted it onto a streamlined TBS SourceOne couch mount and refined some edges. The biggest hurdle in printing is orientation - the most successful print actually has the part pointing upwards at an angle, resulting in a slightly wavy back face on the GoPro mounting component, but the critical areas come out great. To achieve optimal results with bulkier TPU parts, I recommend using 30% infill to preserve flexibility. The wall thickness provides sufficient durability, and the sleeve design, which this is based on, will excel at keeping the GoPro secure during rough crashes.
