A tea glass with a handle - made of plastic material - whereby the handle is radial clamped into the groove of the glass body.Unfortunately I could not make a FEM-Analysis by myself, to recommend a plastic material, which fullfills the conditions, for a joining without breaking and relaxation of the clamping arms.I suspect, that we need a duroplastic material instead of a thermoplastic material. If a member is interested do make a FEM-Analysis, please let me know and tell me, what type of plastic material is required for this application.I think, it could be a nice study for beginners too, with a proper software like »ANSYS«.Some renderings show the tea glass with poured black tea (approx. 200 ml).A relative small gap between the inner glass wall and the fluid - in the 3D-Model - ensures, that there are no well known problems with interfaces, so that the renderings show no interferences between the glass and the fluid. The model is available in following data formats:STEP-file of the complete assembly and the native files (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.zip)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
