Teal Drone Quick Release System

Hey all, First off, I would like to say this is my first design and I am by no means a graphic designer. This is a work in progress unless someone decides to remix it and finish before me :) After viewing all of the entries of the content, something became very clear...A lot of these awesome designs are going to go unused. Not because they are impractical or crazy but simply because of sheer laziness. Having to unscrew 8 screws and re-arrange some internal components (looking at you VTX and RFI Chip) just to install a new top...This is why I am designing a quick change system for the Teal Drone. With the press of a few buttons, you'll be able to slid the top off the done. No tools required. The M3 screws will act like pins for the arms, keeping them in place while a spring assisted button holds the screws tightly. Once complete, you'll be able to remix this onto any of the competition entries. This will make swapping out the top plate and motors that much easier. Edit 1: Added some holes in the bottom plate. Edit 2: Redesigned the object using OnShape. It now have proper threads for a M3 screw should clip together (resistance fit). You should be able to use a small spring, similar to ones found in pens, to provide resistance. Still a work in progress. Edit 3: Crude mix of the teal cover and quick release assembly. Edit 4: Reduced entire design by 2mm. Redesigned the button to have a middle track and sloped the edges. Upcoming/Planned Changes: -Smooth/round out edges -Example mixed into top plate
