This is a design for an omni-directional FRC robot that was created by FRC team 6635. This design, known as H-bot or H-drive, utilizes omni wheels to allow for motion in any direction at any time. Our team began developing this H-bot design as a backup plan for the 2019 FRC season, as we were not sure if we would have perfected out Swerve Drive system in time. Although it appears as though we will be using Swerve drive for the 2019 season, we finished designing this H-bot chassis for additional practice, and to diversify the drivetrain experience of our team.
