Starting with the MK2 Module by Swerve Drive Specialties (Team 2910), Team 7103- Robo Remedy presents our modifications to allow the use of through-bore hex encoders and motor spacers. We plan to use these for the 2020 FRC season Infinite Recharge if it is viable for the challenge. The motor spacers beneath the NEOs are 3D printed and were developed before SDS announced an official option. They allow us to mount our motors without having to modify the shaft. We will likely use Falcon 500 motors for driving and potentially also turning when we receive them. The only change that has been made from the model is in the motor spacers- instead of using threaded inserts as depicted, we purchased longer hardware and fastened directly into the motor.Check out the original SDS MK2 Module at swervedrivespecialties.com
