Team Black Sheep (TBS) Flag Pole Parts

Here is a remix of the Flag parts suited to US based commonly sourced materials. These parts are based on the assumption you will use the following materials for your flag pole and print the parts out of TPU: Flag pole - 10' of 1/2" Sch 40 PVC pipe (cut in half and join with a coupler to make it easily transportable) Flexible tip for Flag pole - 5' of 1/4" Fiberglass rod (4' will work, but it doesn't fill the radius properly and the sleeve tapers so it may get tight on the top of the pole.) Print 1 each of the Reducer and Hook for each flag pole. The fiberglass rod presses firmly in to the reducer then fits nicely into the top of the PVC pole. The Hook is stretched/slipped over the bottom of the pole. It holds very well. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 35% Notes: Designed to be printed from flexible TPU. Printing in a solid material will not yield the desired results. Prints very easily without raft or supports.
