Tec 305-12 hotmelt glue gun trigger link

This part is to replace a broken Tec 305-12 Hotmelt glue gun trigger link. The original part is thin and has a hole close to the edge. Mine broke at that spot. This replacement part is wider and thicker, but still fits inside. I made two versions of the replacement part: with and without a screw hole for the axle. This is because the axle is also thin (and cannot be made thicker as it would not fit), and being a 3D printed part is weaker than the original. So my thought was to reinforce the axle with a small screw. You can see this in one of the pictures. I used a 5/8" long #3 flat head machine screw, for which I tapped the screw hole. <b>How I printed</b> I printed the part from ABS in hope it can withstand the heat inside the gun. The axle being a small protruding part needs slower speeds and extra cooling.
