Tecma/Thetford Check Valve Tongue

Check valve for Thetford/Tecma toilet (model 332). When the toilet stops working, you know there are no spare parts in the country. The old "tougue" was worn out, a new had to be made. When I removed the old tongue the centre plastic spike fell off, and I drilled a thin hole for a screw where the spike was fastened. The small rectangle is used to fill the hole. If you look closely at the used tongue you see that the square is higher than the surface that makes the valve work. I have a glass bed on my Finder that makes very smooth surface, ideal for a water tight valve. It is printed with elastic filament, I enclosed a picture of the roll of filament.
