A slide on cover for the Teenage Engineering series of synths called "pocket operators". I designed it around the PO-14, but I think should fit the other 5 as well. It is designed using the cloud based CAD tool, Onshape.com. It is quite powerful, free to use and is similar principle to SolidWorks.
