This original design was inspired by the teigblume for use with kitchen machines like TM5 and TM31. It assists in removing dough from the blade by twisting a knife, and is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users. I recommend using 40mm designs as they are more user-friendly. Unlike other designs found online, this one is specifically designed for 3D printing without requiring any support structures. I have successfully printed multiple versions of this in PLA with 40% infill and a nozzle size of 0.30mm, and they work perfectly.
