TELEPORTATION GAME - FRIENDLY BOX SPEAKER

Started out wanting to make an enclosure based on the MONSTER SPHERE from MONSTER COLLECTION GAME, ended up making a FRIENDLY BOX from TELEPORTATION GAME.

This is an enclosure design for Polymate3D's FD52 driver and PR61 passive radiator, with matching threads in the enclosure's frame. The threads are 1% oversized for an easier fit.

The enclosed volume is exactly 1 liter, as suggested by Polymate3D for the FD52 and PR61 combination.

There is a 0.5mm gap built-in wherever two surfaces meet. Use silicone or another sealing adhesive to assemble and seal the panels. Unless you fish the FD52's wires through one of the seams, you will need to drill (and then seal) a hole for the speaker wires.

Suggested order of assembly:
- Build FD52 and PR61
- Mount FD52 and PR61 into frame panels
- Adhere front frame piece (with FD52) to the bottom panel
- Slide on rear frame and top panel at the same time
- Let adhesive cure
- Add edges to taste

Used filaments for the enclosure:
Prusa Galaxy Black PLA
Proto-Pasta Tangerine Orange Metallic PLA
Matterhackers PRO White PLA

Used filaments for the driver and passive radiator:
Surrounds and spiders: Ninjaflex Original (85A)
FD52 cone: Colorfabb XT white
PR61 radiator: Matterhackers PRO White PLA
Chassis: Prusa Galaxy Black

As seen on TV:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nux47f92pf4"></oembed>
