A telescope guide camera mount that accepts 1.25" (32mm) diameter cameras such as those from QHYCCD (QHY-5-II and QHY-5-III series) and rebranded ones from Orion. The mount itself is the common dovetail finderscope mount.

Required hardware:
4x M3 hex nuts
2x M3x20 flat head screws
2x M3x8 flat head screws
Electrical tape

On the C-clamp rings where the limbs meet, the hex nuts fit horizontally, snuggly into capture pockets. You could use a longer screw than the M3x8 here - the extra would poke out.

The other hex nuts drop vertically into pockets for securing to the dovetail base. Use a thin strip of electrical tape to 1) provide a cushion to your camera, 2) adjust for printing tolerances, and 3) protect the bolt from poking up and through f you tighten the M3x20 too much.

The bottom also has a hole (not threaded) which you can use to screw in tripod adapter plates, as shown in one photo.

Cameras shown is a QHY5-III-185C planetary/guiding camera, and the lens is a Fujinon 9mm f1.4 (HF9HA-1B).

Print instructions

I printed with GreenGate3d recycled PETG, 0.25mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle on my Mk2S. 15% infill. Supports aren't needed - just print the clamps flat (with the nut pockets facing up) and the base with the large flat bottom facing down.

PETG is recommended over PLA due to the better flexibility, and PETG can presumably handle nighttime temperatures better.
