Update 4th of November 2020: unfortunately the used PLA is absolutly not flexible and therefore the designed "clamps" will not fix the protection ring. This means, if you lift the tube, the ring will fall of or remain on the ground. Therfore I have 3 recommendations: 1. use the cover only for tube storage on the ground 2. try to print with a more flexible material (PETG) 3. use the separate clamps (4 pices) I designed additionally This is a protection cover for my Skywatcher 200/1000 PDS Newton telescope. Can be used for vertical storage. Use enough infill for good stabilty and 3 perimeter. Print time was around 14h with 80mm/s. Eine Schutzkappe für mein Skywatcher Newton 200/1000 PDS für die Spiegelseite als Unterlage zum senkrechten stellen. Gedruckt mit OWL PLA in 14h mit 80mm/s. Das Infill sollte für gute Stabilität gut bemessen sein.
