The MS Lifecam is one of the ideal digital cams for a 1 1/4" telescope eyepiece. It does HD images and is cylyndrical in shape and the guts are just smaller than a standard eyepiece. This will allow you to take your adapted lifecam, drop it in to the printed holder, and pop it straight into your telescope's eyepiece holder. Note - ensure the lifecam lead and socket are threaded through this printed part before re-assembling the lifecam. I've added cable grips - 2 of these slip over the cable inside the printed holder and will block light from the 10mm hole in the end. I didnt make the printed holder long enough for these. Try increasing it to 60mm or make the clip thinner. But... if you still have the rubber grommet on the lifecam you may not need these anyway. Retainer - This clips into the front end and holds the cam in place. I printed it at 104% to get a very snug fit. Here is a link to converting your lifecam:-http://ghonis2.ho8.com/lifecam/lifecam1.html All up and running - the zoom is incredible and used something called Autostitch to put several images together = check out my moon image ;-)
