Telescope Motorized Focuser Support for SkyWatcher 200/1000. This support can be installed on a SkyWatcher 200/1000 focuser. It is designed for a step motor 42SHDC3025-24B piloted from a Step motor controller a4988 with an Arduino UNO. This link drives you to the Software project on Git. https://github.com/alainrymar/Indi-Compatible-Motorized-Focuser. This project is specific to connect this motor, via an Arduino to an INDI server (https://indilib.org). Then auto-focusing becomes possible with the right astro software to pilot this motor. CCDCiel is a good option (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ccdciel/). If you just want to create a Hand Box to pilot the Focuser with this motor, help yourself here: https://github.com/alainrymar/Arduino-w-step-motor-based-focuser It requires a flexible coupler (Coupleur flexible 4x5mm CNC Moteur axe 4mm To 5mm). This 3D print will push a little bit the axis of the focuser so that there is enough presure on the mecanic of the focuser to get the maximum precision while focusing.
