I have a SkyWatcher telescope with an Alt-Az mount. Usually when I go out to watch the sky the telescope packs with a sturdy tripod alredy. Since I like to keep my equipment to the minimum I made this mount head to fit in the telescope mount so I don't have to carry an another tripod for my camera. This will only work with the ball bearing remix of WLT's astro tracker that I highly recommend. Disclaimer: This will not add Equatorial capabilities to your Alt-Az telescope mount. If you are looking into that google a camera rotator.
