Autodesk Fusion model of telescopic nunchaku. I tried to make it from PETG (separated laying parts), but it didn't survive my strength tests - broken in material, not between layers. Then I tried this version, which is little bit strengthened, but not tested yet. If you have some proposal, how to make it better, I am interrested. I tried to make the cord attached to the strongest part, which is not common (usual metalic telescopic nunchax are connected by the thinnest parts). This utilizes my nunchaku experience and it uses cord loop - in video not as cool as chain, but much more practical and useful. It is made as the longest possible nunchaku - 300 mm - but you can shorten in slicer as you wish. The max diameter is about 32 mms - I couldn't make it less, since I wanted to make utilizable tool. As the used software was student version and the test results did not satisfy me yet, it is fully free.
