The SCAD file is a generic telescoping pole clamp generator. The parameters are Lower pole diameter in mm Upper pole diameter in mm Type of attachment -2: SO-239 Dipole -1: BNC Dipole 0: None, just clamp N: Mast support ring with N holes, I typically use 8 and 6 The included STL files are for a 20' Shakespeare telescopic pole that has 6 sections, so it needs 5 locks. You can tweak this to fit your own pole. When measuring the lower/larger pole for a clamp, be sure to get the maximum diameter about 25mm down from the junction. The dipole supports are based on Sterminato's designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:894073 The knobs I used are from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1377830 Inspiration for the support ring came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:856305 Just download the SCAD file and tweak the lines at the bottom to fit your pole and needs. The STL files are pretty big. OpenSCAD takes a while to render the files, especially when supports are included. The wall thickness is the same for upper and lower sections. If you look closely, you'll notice a color difference in my pictures. I had to switch a spool of filament in the middle. The newer spool was more transparent. For the knobs I used M4 20mm hex screws and a washer under the knob. I printed this in fluorescent yellow PLA with red PLA knob caps to match my tripod mount. Added a picture from today's Cal QRP meeting on Denny's deck where we set up a 20m dipole on the deck using the BNC dipole top section
