<p>Collet-based system designed for telescoping 1" PVC pipe inside of 1.5" PVC pipe. Recommend 180 degree Y rotation of cap, collet, forcing cone for printing. Lower retainer can be printed as-is, but will require supports.</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p>The lower retainer includes two indexing tabs to prevent rotation. Dry fit to 1.5" pipe, mark, and then cut with either a saw or rotary tool to accommodate.</p> <p>A shim is included to prevent wobbling. The number needed will depend on the length of 1" pipe used; they simply slide over the 1" pipe, so any number can be used. Two appear sufficient to eliminate nearly all wobble with approximately 12" of extension.</p> </p></p> Category: DIY
