This is a Telrad mount designed to fit on the Celestron CPC1100 stock finder scope mounting plate. This allows swapping the finder scope for a Telrad without sticking that double sticky mounting plate all over your nice telescope. This will probably fit other Celestron mounting plates than the CPC1100, not sure because I don't have one of those. Check that the front of your mounting plate measures 57mm and the back 61 mm (just in front of the stop) and it will probably fit. See instructions for other details. Instructions The mounting screws included with the Telrad may be reused, but you'll want to obtain a couple more from the hardware store for the mounting place lock screws. You want a total of 4 1/2" 6-32 socket head cap screws. These can be tapped into the provided knobs for locking/unlocking to the the telescope mount, or locking in the Telrad. Carefully tap the 4 holes in this mount for 6-32 threads prior to use.
