Based on @TechBravoTN's excellent video on his K40 laser's cooling system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jftb_jcTy8 I wanted something similar, but I wanted to completely encase the sensor to minimize stray laser light from shining through the acrylic flow sensor block. (Probably overkill, given CO2 laser light does not pass through most clear materials). This is meant to double-stick tape to the inside of the K40's laser tube compartment cover. I used a stepped drill bit to punch a ~1-1/8" hole so you can see the flow. Designed to print without support. There is a ~5mm hole (may need to hone out the hole) for a 5mm led to light the flow meter. Just add a resistor of appropriate size and wire to an appropriate power source. **Lasers are dangerous. You should know what you're doing before attempting this. This model is provided as-is. Should you decide to use it, you do so at your own risk.** You can find the design in OnShape should you decide you need to edit it: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/36509a0f17b629ff65e03012/w/b40768147751e0aee4f5c747/e/d9b013f37df1348abb6cdf22
