Regardless of what I attempted in PrusaSlicer, the preview consistently displayed holes through the numerals. After trying multiple layer heights and settings, I was still unable to achieve the desired outcome. To quickly resolve this issue, I merged a cube to the reverse side of the numbers. This modification does interfere with the cones on the back side, but only marginally. Slicing proceeded smoothly at 0.15mm and 0.2mm layer height for me.
