This is a simple cube that helps identifying the property of new filament. The space between markers is 10.00 mm. What I do is to increase temperature by 5 Celsius degrees from 190.00 during the printing and observe layer property of PLA filament. 190, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215. Changing temperature unit to 10 reduces printing time in half. Once the printing is finished, I pick it up and check strength of the cube. Normal PLA wouldn't break or develop layer separation. I had a bad green PLA filament on the picture that was useless and I printed a cube to convince the filament seller. Print Settings Printer: Steel Fisher Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Notes: Slic3r setting: Layer height: 0.2 mm Perimeter: 3 Infill: 0 Top solid layer: 0 Bottom solid layer:3 Loop: 2 Brim: 5 mm
