This is a replacement temperature control knob for the Weller **WESD51** Soldering Station. Note that this is NOT the same as the WES51 and has a different knob. If you have a WES51, there's a knob for it here, but I can't vouch for it: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14380 The shaft at the end is a taper fit. Give it a gentle push and it will hold snugly in place. The taper should make it pretty forgiving for slight dimensional inaccuracies -- if your printer prints it a bit big, then it just won't go in quite as far -- no problem.
