This is a drill template for the drawer case. It is just a top 1mm slice of the actual drawer case in Jerrari's project, and it has some cross supports for stability. You can print these out for marking your holes on the bottom of the lack table, and theoretically, you will get the same dimensions as your full prints and have the same mating tolerance too. Im going to print 5 and then tape them together, you could also just print 1 and outline the border appropriately.

I suggest drilling pilot holes in the bottom of your lack table with a small 1mm or 1/16" bit, you don't want the holes to be too big as your screws will strip the cardboard out.

Update 10/2/2020 - I added the word 'DOWN' on the one side just to make sure you don't pre-drill the wrong way. The 'DOWN' side is flat and facing on the Lack table underside when templating. :-) Remember everything is flipped.

I haven't printed these yet as Im still printing my 5 drawers and 5 cases, but I will update this once I get a chance to test them out. Feel free to add your own feedback and comments here.

Print instructions

.20mm layer height.
