When preparing a Scalextric track piece for mating with a racerunner track piece, you need to drill 4 holes in the end of the Scalextric track. Steps 1. Download and print the template. 2. Select the Scalextric track piece to be used as a converter. 3. Remove the two protruding metal pins by releasing the crimped metal tab and lifting each pin up and out. 4. Place the template over the end of the newly-detoothed Scalextric track and drill 4 x ~2mm diameter holes. 5. the wires that connect racerunner to Scalextric go through these holes.
