<p>Tenacious 6 is a 3D printed full range loudspeaker driver. The Cone, Chassis, Surround &amp; Spider are all 3D Printed components.</p> <p>Tenacious 6 is capable of producing 66&lt;17,000Hz +/-10dB and produces 74&lt;75dB. The cabinets provided, Brazen and Mini Cube utilise a double wall design to work better in both a printed only, and filled cavity implementation, achieving distortion figures not seen until now in a 3D printed driver. Other additions on Patreon including a vented alignment option and many more additions to the Tenacious 6 line up.</p> <p>Assembly is kept simple and a Youtube video will be linked here soon showing the entire process from parts to working driver, along with it playing.</p> <p>Kits are available for the remaining components, along with guidance on the Polymate3D website. The components required per driver are:</p> <pre><code> 2x (15x10mm Neodymium Magnets [N35 ideally]) 4.2M of 0.17mm wire [0.15&lt;0.17mm works] 7x 14/15mm Steel washers [typically zinc coated] Contact adhesive of similar glue </code></pre> <p>Now my US friends may struggle to get the magnets in mm, and so there are US versions of the chassis and back cap for use with the alternative 9/16" dia. x 1/2" thick neodymium magnets.</p> <p>The driver will come out at 3.2 to 4 Ohm, enabling it to run off most amplifiers if you already own one. If you need a amplifier too, a PAM8403 or TDA3116 would be my advice for this driver. PAM8403 runs from a USB port or power bank. TPA3116 will run from a 12V, 2A power supply.
