Box for Tenergy 2S battery protector PCB. It is Tenergy P/N 32175. This box and lid have a small feature that allows them to snap together, though you probably still want to glue or zip-tie it together to make sure it doesn't fall apart. Holes in sides based on how I soldered the board. This doesn't include access holes for an external thermistor, but you can probably just run the wires through another one of the openings if you add a thermistor.
