This is a fixture I designed to finish mill DMLS printed E8 tensile test bars. There is a relief on each end so the bars can be milled to length. The smaller bushings are used 1st to mill the profile on one side. The larger bushings are then installed to offset the bar for the second profile. Using the offset bushings keeps from running two separate mill programs
