Learn basic skills to use g code generators. Audiences: There is no age limit to this project. Maybe the students should be 14 or older. Preparation: You only need the things for a normal print Steps: The students can design there own gcode with different characteristics (layer height, fill density, fill pattern, etc) after that they check there code with a tensile test. Results: Students learn how test materials, how to use the g code generator software and they see which characteristics are important for a strong print (layer height, fill density, fill pattern, etc) Teachers and students can evaluate there gcodes by using a tensile test.
