I was using Zeltroix' mod to add a timing belt to my dual Z setup but could not find a belt the exact size, it was a little too long. Rather than buying a new belt a friend gave me the idea to add a tensioner so I designed a simple plate to use 2x M5x8mm bolts & 2x M5 T-nuts to fix in to the top of the frame with lengthened slots so you can adjust the tension levels. The top 'nut' as it were is Zeltroix' pulley assembly chopped in half to hold an 8mm shaft & stop it falling through the bearing. & then underneath you can use the full pulley for the belt. I didn't need to print the pulleys as I already had some laying around from another project. The bearing is a 608ZZ skateboard bearing. The fit is quite snug so you may need to shave a little off when fitting.
