An older Wenger steel pole kitchen tent was missing three out of four of the corner pieces after some severe wind damage. Ender 3 to the rescue! I wasn't sure if the PLA would be sturdy enough but these parts were tested in high wind conditions and it survived with flying colors. Printing: Printed in PLA with 40% infill and supports. To limit the support material, the part should be oriented with the three tubes facing up as shown in the photo. This is the default position when opening the file in Cura. Use a brim otherwise the part will likely separate from the bed during printing. Change the support overhang angle to 49 degrees. The support material in the lower tube is difficult to remove. First, insert a flathead screwdriver in the gap beside the infill and slowly rotate the screwdriver to crack it away. Next use pliers to get a good grip on the infill, then rock it back and forth. When it seems like it has separated enough, start twisting it. It takes about two minutes of solid twisting and pulling but it will come out all at once and leave behind a nice clean tube.
