Terminal Block

Terminal Block

thingiverse

This terminal block was designed for use on the Roboroos (FRC Team 4537) robots. We use it for high current connection of motors to speed controllers for quick replacement. Use 1/4"x1/2" Roofing bolts with square nuts. The nuts embed into recesses underneath the block. We used a 1/2"x 1.5" aluminium bar drilled to suit as the connector. The lid is held down by an M3 bolt into a hex nut similarly embedded into the bottom of the block. Print Settings Printer: Davinci duo Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm layers Infill: 30% - 50% for strength Notes: The lid prints well on its side with no support. Although there are hollows under the block, you can also print the block with no support as the nuts will compress the loose fibres underneath.
