This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is extremely tight. I've allowed about 1mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick with exception of 3 of the walls on the Large Parts trays that will be 3.2mm thick to provide support for the players and expansion boards. The Card trays are also very tight. You will need to use a perfect fit sleeve, I've included a picture of the sleeves I used as seen in photos. They are cheep and all over ebay if your LGS doesn't care them. The sleeve dimensions are 64.5mm x 90mm.
