This is a cover to slide over your Tesla CCS1 adapter to protect the pin from being broken off while it is riding around in your trunk/frunk. It is very slightly oversize fit to the adapter, to allow you to wrap the base of the adapter with one layer of protective tape so you don't scratch it up. The curve at the base does not precisely fit the CCS1 body, but this should do a good job of protecting it from being broken off.
