Many upgrade their trunk-mounted LEDs with brighter alternatives due to the dimness of the stock ones. Most opt for LED light upgrade kits, such as the 44-watt kit offered by RPM Tesla, which is available online. However, when replacing the original lights, a flimsy plastic bracket holds them in place and can easily break. This happened to me, prompting me to design a simple replacement piece.
