This is an 80mm fan adapter for the Nvidia Tesla P4 datacenter gpu. It is remixed from the 40mm kit, since I didnt have a 40mm fan but I had a spare 80mm. It should fit as long as you dont have anything in the next 2 pcie slots, or those cards are shorter than the tesla card.
