Shout out to 3kwModular for this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5173478 as it inspired me to create my own design (my fat fingers kept bumping those). This is more of an oval shape, fits faders with 5mm x 2mm x 8mm inner hole (made it a little shallower to allow them to float a little). I had success printing in PLA (.1mm layer height) and TPU (.2mm layer height) with no support.
