Test 7 with Iglidur i150-PF filament

<p>This is the 7th test of a series with the filament of Igus: Iglidur i150-PF. <a href="https://www.igus.eu/product/12404">https://www.igus.eu/product/12404</a>.</p> <p>I tested the first layer as a follow up from test 6. This time I used the smooth steel sheet with PEI coating, without glue or 3DLAC.</p> <p>I did a new first layer test with dried filament and with a larger first layer height (than I normally have for PETG) on the PEI coated steel sheet. The extra layer height did help most. See the photo’s. The test on the left with the strings is with dried filament only. The test without strings on the right is with dried filament and a higher first layer height.</p> <p>The first layer looks better now. The adhesion is quit strong, so better to reduce the bed temperature during the first layer a bit. (65 degrees C?)</p>
