I successfully printed a model that came out with noticeable blobs and what one website refers to as zits. My finished piece looked identical to the image shown here - https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#blobs-and-zits I quickly loaded Sketchup and created a small barrel design to print, aiming to troubleshoot the problem. To my surprise, the barrel printed flawlessly! Maybe someone else can benefit from this test case to fine-tune their print settings... For dimensional accuracy, the barrel should measure 13mm tall, 10mm wide with 10.5mm diameter rings.
