Testprint_01
thingiverse
I want to verify my Deltaprintr is operating correctly, so I'll conduct a test print. The file for this test is specifically designed for a 250mm diameter part with a thickness of 0.25mm, yet in Cura, I reduced it by 0.8 to get a 200mm diameter, which proved to be an excellent idea since the fan had just enough clearance to avoid a pillar collision. When complete, I can use a micrometer to verify the thickness at various locations and confirm the exact diameter too. This object was created with Tinkercad; you can modify it online through this link https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4koa9nveXSy. Print Settings Deltaprintr Brand Printer Name Deltaprintr Kit Raft Yes Support Yes Infill 100% Notes Printed at a rate of 20mm/sec using PolyMax PLA, but one spot is thinner with a measurement of 0.23mm, whereas the thickest section has 0.32mm thickness, and on the other hand there's a slightly larger area not sticking to the mirror perfectly with 0.44mm.
