I'm working on a V2 of this puzzle, so I'm releasing the files for the original. It requires 6 Dayan screws, which can be bought at TheCubicle. The corners snap in place with pegs. The puzzle is very, very catchy; it's playable, but doesn't turn well enough to actually be solved. The files are provided as-is.
