Tevo Little Monster Chimera Effector

Replacement effector for allow a chimera (or cyclops) hotened to be used on a Tevo Little Monster. After printing, use an M4 tap to tap the holes to mount the delta arms. Print with a low layer height and with interior perimeters before exterior perimeters to avoid needing to use supports. Note that there is no mounting point for the BL Touch sensor. I instead replaced it with FSRs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2785213 Aside from just generally not liking the BL Touch, I wanted to use FSRs to allow the bed leveling to take into account any slight effector tilt. To get the two nozzles level, I used the following procedure: * Mount the two heater blocks fuller inserted into the heatsink and secure with grub screws * Run the calibration * G30 Z0 * Adjust the height so that a piece of paper just clears the two nozzles * Loosen the grub screws and slide the paper around to make sure that the two nozzles are equally grabbing it * Tighten the grub screws * Rerun the calibration Openscad source code is available: https://github.com/crpalmer/scad/blob/master/tlm-effectors.scad
